She was on "Fair Game" recently on WNYC -- her stuff is damn good. Apparently she played guitar with The Polyphonic Spree and Sufjan Stevens, and when you hear her doing solo material you can find some common terrain being covered but with a really improvisational freedom too.
What the hell. I'm struggling to use words to convey an experience that's almost completely the opposite of what my words feel like.
