Inspired!

So after last weekend's dive into jewelry again, I've been inspired. I have been setting up a studio at home for a few months now. I think it will soon be finished to the point where I can start really working with metal again.

I know a number of you have expressed an interest in binary rings (see the bottom of this post) and I think I'm also going to make some binary pendants. Possibly with enameled zeroes. Or gemstones. I need to look into that.

So here's a call out to you all:

1. Are you interested in any of this (please reiterate here, even if you've told me before - so I have it all in one place)? I will stress here that this stuff is pretty unisex and is easy to make more masculine.

2. What precisely are you interested in?

I'm going to be experimenting so will put examples of work up as I go along... or perhaps put it all in a new blog of its own. Don't know yet.

I do already have some ideas. For specific people even. :> Watch this space.

I'd LOVE a pendant -- I would never force you to make a binary ring for a size 3 finger.

Post a picture of your watch so I can see it!

Predictably, I am interested in all things binary. I don't really expect you to make me stuff, but I love reading about it, and seeing the pictures.

Ooh, a binary ring would be cool. Consider me interested.

Actually, I've been looking for a replacement for my wedding ring. It would be interesting to see a binary ring with squares (instead of circles) and rectangles.

Erin has a size 3 ring finger? My greyhound has bigger fingers than that. :)

Ooo I bet we could do one with squares and rectangles - when I'm all set up, I'll contact you about that. We can talk. :)

Make a collar for Sam's greyhound!
