Our staff members are deeply committed to serving our clients, they make total client satisfaction one of their key objectives.
What does this tell me about the company? Nothing. What company doesn't care about client satisfaction? Lame!
LAME!
I'd respect a company whose values read:
"Our staff members are deeply committed to screwing over our clients, lining their own pockets and ours at the same time. Total financial pillage of our clients is one of their key objectives."
That'd be honest at least…
What company doesn't have that on the values page of the corporate handbook? Enron maybe.
